The dealer path
If you are driven by selling cars and providing world-class customer advice, you will definitely fit into one of our many dealership chains. As a car salesperson at NCG, you get the best combination of sales and consulting, where you can look forward to sending happy customers out the door, not only with a good car but also with a great experience. You can work with a wide range of car brands, but you can also work with the brands that make your heart beat faster – whether it’s BMW, BYD, Hyundai, or a fourth brand. The opportunities are many, and no two days are the same.

The car import path
In our car import department, you will be part of a dynamic team that represents some of the world’s largest car brands in our market. In close dialogue with our international partners, we assess which models should be introduced, and we develop and implement strategies for how they best fit our market. We are responsible for branding the car brand, selling the brand’s cars, servicing the cars in workshops, and ensuring we have a strong dealer network and partnerships that meet the requirements set by us and the manufacturers. Our area covers everything from market analysis and marketing to press, and we have a wide range of positions, from directors and sales managers to marketing managers, coordinators, and logistics staff. We offer opportunities for everyone – whether you are a results-oriented salesperson or a detail-focused Excel expert, and you can take steps both upwards or sideways in your career.

The Fleet path
In our Fleet area, you will play a central role in handling inquiries and driving the entire dialogue with our leasing partners until the order is secured. Typically, this will involve company cars for large corporate clients. You will act as the crucial link between external leasing partners and internal car dealers across multiple car brands. Whether it’s BYD, BMW, Hyundai, or other brands, we ensure constant contact with our partners to stay updated on the latest offers, models, and needs. Your task will be to ensure smooth communication, keeping all parties informed, and making the right decisions in collaboration with both leasing companies and car dealers.
