Nic. Christiansen Group has made an agreement with Chinese OEM Chery Automobile for the import and sales of the two brands Omoda and Jaecoo on the Danish market.

Nic. Christiansen Group is expanding its activities in Germany with the acquisition of the BMW and Mini dealership chain STADAC. This means that the group will now have a total of 18 different BMW dealerships in Denmark and Germany.

Nic. Christiansen Group has now received the competition authority’s approval of the purchase of Ford Motor Company A/S. Thus, the car group from Kolding will take over the import and distribution of Ford in Denmark in the first quarter of 2025.
