Nic. Christiansen Group has entered into an agreement to acquire Autohuset Vestergaard, one of Denmark’s largest dealership chains.

Nic. Christiansen Group has entered a new partnership agreement with Chinese EV manufacturer NIO Inc., under which the group will handle the distribution of NIO and firefly in Denmark.

In a 2024 marked by significant one-time costs and high market volatility, Nic. Christiansen Group delivered a pre-tax profit of DKK 55 million. Revenue stands at DKK 7.93 billion, and equity is DKK 1.154 billion. After a year of further acquisitions and business adjustments, the group is now well-prepared for the coming years.
