Terminalen takes over the activities in Autonorden A/S
After an ongoing dialogue between the two sides, an agreement has been signed, meaning that in the autumn 2022, Terminalen will take over the activities in Autonorden A/S, once Danish the competition authorities have approved the deal.
Autonorden is an authorized dealer of Nissan, Fiat and Maxus on Amager, from where both new and used cars are traded, authorized service and body work is done. The company currently employs about 32 people.
Terminalen has reached an agreement with the current owner of Autonorden – Kasper M. Norden – that after the takeover, he will continue in a position as Branch Director with Terminalen Amager. Terminalen Amager will be the seventh branch of the dealer chain, which was founded by Nic. Christiansen Group in year 2000.

The composition of brands in Terminalen Amager is considered along with the takeover. Initially, Hyundai will be added to the portfolio.
With the addition of Terminalen Amager, Nic. Christiansen Group increases its presence in the Danish capital area. The acquisition is a part of the group’s metropole coverage strategy which increases the groups footprint around the larger cities of the Nordic markets.
